Immediate diagnostic and initial therapeutic management of cardiac emergencies, including patient stabilization and rapid transfer to the on-call tertiary care center.
- Comprehensive medical history taking and documentation, including laboratory findings and chronic medication regimens.
- Cardiological clinical examination.
- Electrocardiography (ECG).
- Signal-Averaged Electrocardiography for the detection of Late Potentials (SAECG).
- Ambulatory Electrocardiography up to 96 hours (AECG / Holter rhythm monitoring).
- Remote Electrocardiography monitoring (Remote ECG monitoring).
- Echocardiography of the heart and aortic arch.
- Treadmill Stress Test with continuous ECG recording.
- Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring up to 48 hours (ABPM).
- Functionality check and monitoring of Pacemakers, Defibrillators (ICDs), and Implantable Loop Recorders (ILRs).
- Prescription of diagnostic tests and chronic medications.
- Pre-operative assessment.
- Pre-participation sports screening.
- Medical certificates.
When deemed necessary, the examinee/patient will be referred to collaborating specialized cardiologists for:
- Stress Echo.
- Transesophageal Echocardiography (TOE).
- CT-Coronary Angiography.
- Coronary Angiography.
- Cardiac MRI.
- Myocardial Perfusion Imaging (MPI).
- Electrophysiological Study (EPS).
- Tilt Table Test.
- Pharmacologic Stress Testing.
For patients residing close to our Cardiology Practices, and when required, a complete cardiological check-up can be performed at the patient's bedside at home (Cardiological examination, ECG, Echocardiogram, Holter rhythm monitoring, Holter blood pressure monitoring).
